Saturday Lotto is a game of chance where you select six numbers from a field of 45 numbers. Lotto numbers are drawn from a machine containing 45 balls numbered from 1 to 45 inclusive.
In total, 8 balls are drawn of which the first 6 are the winning numbers. The last 2 balls are the supplementary numbers. They give you more chances of winning a prize (Divisions 2, 5).
To win a Division One prize, players need to match their six selected numbers with the first six numbered balls drawn. To win lower division prizes, players need to match fewer than their six selected numbers with the 6 drawn numbers plus the two supplementary numbers balls drawn.
Division One prize pools often exceed several million dollars.
Saturday Lotto is drawn on Saturdays.
